Product information "WS Roller Spinner for 4/5 bolt circle rims"
Advantages :
• The WS Roller-Spinner wheel is cast in one piece and does not have a separately glued-on tire that can come off if overused, as is the case with a steel wheel
• In practical use, e.g. for towing services, it has better and easier handling due to it being 40% less weight than a comparable steel wheel
• The robust 10 mm steel core and the universal 4/5 or 5/6 rim bolt circle pattern (PCD) are suitable for high-impact impact wrenches and prevent
Overtightening
Replaces painting wheel
Painting wheels are becoming more and more established in painting companies and are increasingly required for protection against customers and insurance companies, but they pose major challenges in terms of warehousing, logistics and handling, especially for smaller companies. The WS Roller-Spinner provides a remedy due to its properties and solves the problem of warehousing and logistics and thus reduces the costs incurred for operations.
Spare wheel function
The WS Roller-Spinner can be used as a universal spare wheel. This means that blocked lifts and workstations can be avoided, which in turn avoids lost sales. With a maximum speed of 8 km/h, a vehicle can be moved around the workshop area with the WS Roller-Spinner and ensures flexible and efficient work processes.
Supplement for maneuvering aid
The WS Roller-Spinner allows you to push or pull discharged electric vehicles, vehicles with a blocked braking system or vehicles that have been parked for a long time. An ideal addition to classic maneuvering aids, as these only work to a limited extent on uneven surfaces such as pavement or gravel. The rotating inner ring makes it particularly suitable for recovering electric vehicles or vehicles with automatic transmissions, as in these vehicles the gear cannot be placed in neutral mode when in the OFF state.
Assembly - quick and safe
1. Remove existing wheel bolts or nuts - use the assigned jack points in the vehicle owner's manual to safely raise the vehicle.
Use a jack or lift to remove the OEM bolts or nuts and remove the wheel from the vehicle.
2. Align the WS Roller-Spinner on the vehicle hub - a hub ring can be used for easier alignment. Use the correct ring size and set
insert it into the center hole before aligning.
3. Attach the bolts or nuts - wheel bolts or nuts vary depending on the manufacturer; always check that the length of the bolts is correct.
4. Tightening the screws or nuts - with the WS Roller-Spinner in the correct position and flush with the hub, torque the screws or nuts
of 65 N/m. Check the rotation by hand to ensure the wheel moves freely and there is no play.
